Dreamline Accounting Services was using a website builder and had a very outdated website. There was no consistent brand look throughout the website and other online profiles. In addition to an outdated website, the client wanted to incorporate educational resources, easy methods of getting in touch and more technology and automation with online appointment scheduling and online payments.
Challenge
Since the existing website had a small number of pages with very little content, the main challenge was retrieving content for the pages of the website so that it could be properly optimized and provide the right information potential customers are looking for.
Solution
Our dedicated website experts worked their magic and developed a visually appealing website and created a brand look consistent on the website, Facebook page, email blasts and annual postcard mailer. We incorporate an online appointment scheduling software, a payment processing integration and easy ways to get in touch by phone, contact form and a button directly to directions. All contact methods are easily accessible via desktop or mobile. To provide educational resources, we incorporated a section for frequently asked questions, a resource page with downloads and the article page.
